Formal: Could you kindly forward the report to me?
2. Scheduling Meetings
Informal: Let’s meet next Tuesday.
Formal: I would like to propose a meeting on the coming Tuesday.
3. Asking for Clarification
Informal: I didn’t get what you meant.
Formal: Could you please clarify what you meant?
4. Offering Assistance
Informal: Need a hand with that?
Formal: May I offer my assistance with that matter?
5. Giving Opinions
Informal: I think we should go with the second option.
Formal: In my opinion, the second option would be the most advantageous.
6. Making Suggestions
Informal: How about we postpone the launch?
Formal: I would suggest considering the postponement of the launch.
7. Agreeing with a Proposal
Informal: Sounds good to me.
Formal: I concur with your proposal.
8. Declining Offers
Informal: No thanks, I’m good.
Formal: I appreciate the offer, but I must decline.
9. Expressing Appreciation
Informal: Thanks a lot for your help!
Formal: I greatly appreciate your assistance.
10. Apologizing
Informal: Sorry for the late reply.
Formal: I apologize for the delayed response.
